Role: Customer Representative Position Title: Manager OE QA Department: Quality Assurance Grade/Level M2 Reporting To: GM, Plant QAOrganisational Chart :Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)The incumbent is responsible to ensure, determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications; assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASProduct approvals as per customer requirement Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met Attending customer service standards Addressing customer concerns and initiate actions at the plant level Number of customer approvals -Plan Vs ActualKEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Periodical customer visit to capture CSR and transfer to plant team specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures writing management and technical reports and customers charters determining training needs acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality recording, analysing and distributing statistical information monitoring performance Preparation of PPAP and submission to customer Submission of periodical validation reports as per customer requirements Coordinate with KAM for all activities related to OEMs Coordinate customer visit at plant MIS and Reporting: Ensure Customer Infor records maintained in SAP Enlisting of customers in SAP Ensure SAP is updated regularly and accurately. Ensure availability of vendor manual and update CSR on a periodical basis Maintain records of all customer-related data Preparation of MIS related to customer Ensure the effectiveness of actions taken Periodical feedback to the customers on relevant itemsExposure to Uniformity and Tyre performance both indoor and vehicle dynamics tests.Ensure the effectiveness of actions takenCertified auditor for VDA 6.3Education and Experience Required Education: B.Tech./ BE degree, with relevant experience in automotive OEMs Experience: 5 7 years,
