Designation Title Manager/ Senior ManagerRole: Partnerships & AlliancesReporting to CMORole Overview:- We are looking for a Manager- Strategic Alliance & Partnerships reporting into the CMO.- You will be responsible for Digital advertising selling, App Monetization and Alliances and generate revenue.- Successful candidate would be working with matchmaking and marriage related services and Leading experience in working with digital first brands in areas of paid and organic campaigns on relevant digital platforms.- This is an individual contributor role and will have strong alignment with sales, Alliance & Partnership.Key Responsibilities:- Ideal candidate will be from any Internet, Ecommerce, Payment Gateway, IT Product Development industries.- Candidate should have experience in generate revenue by Digital advertising selling, App Monetization & Alliances.- Take end to end responsibility for building alliances as a considerable channel for business- Create a pool of potential partners for Business, Marketing / Brand alliance opportunities based on business priorities.- Negotiate a win win arrangement with partners and extract maximum value from strategic alliance- Ensure growth and profitability through every alliance.- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market and strategy to keep driving growth & profitability through alliances channel- Own end to end impact delivery of projects including ideation, problem solving, developing execution plan, implementation, and process stabilization- Regularly analyse external market trends, internal metrics, and competitor strategies to generate business insights and enable gap analysis.- Identify potential clients and partnership opportunities for monetization program- Conceptualize sales strategies and solutions to address clients requirements- Work towards client acquisition for our monetization programs and properties. Pitch, close and manage deals with major clients- Build long-term relationships with clients resulting in retention and recurring revenue- Conceptualize, develop, adapt, and present brand solution proposals and presentations (including campaign ideas)- Partner with relevant stakeholders (Product, Technology, Marketing, Contracting, Finance, Operations etc.) to make alliance channel live.- Work with product and engineering teams to build and optimize client experience.- Work closely with Digital Head, CMO and product heads to create and identify key new strategies that drive awareness, acquire new customers, generate app engagements & retention.- Stay on top of the trends in a rapidly changing media market and clients industries- Competition tracking & analysis (Campaigns, Platforms, Partnerships, Positioning) Skill and Competencies:- Proven working experience as a new age marketer handling significant advertising budgets - Strong understanding of global digital landscape and platforms, media and ecommerce/internet industry - Develop GTM plans and develop industry specific practice development plans, driving growth, and delivering customer success.- Take partner sales plays, offerings, and industry assets/solutions to specific markets for local execution and engagement with field sales teams across APAC- Execute, manage, and deliver PAN India pipeline and revenue in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investmentsEducation and Experience:- MBA with specialization in marketing from Tier 1 institutes - Candidate should have at 7 -12 years of relevant hands-on work experience.- Preferred industries Internet, eCommerce, App based business & Consumer Electronics Job Location: ChennaiAbout us:Matrimony.com Ltd is Indias first pure play Consumer Internet Company to get listed.
