  • Assist in understanding current state IRRBB and FTP policy and understand pricing in current practises.
  • Assist in analysing Balance sheet data and NII forecasting model build and embedment.
  • Support in Data reconciliation exercise between balance sheet and FTP pricing.
  • Support in functionality design and mapping exercise of the Balance sheet with IRRBB/FTP pricing MI.
  • Gather and document business requirements and ensure they are adequately communicated to delivery partners.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Verification Testing (UVT Go Live) execution.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Ensure any change of process from Business users is captured and documented.
  • Assist in the documentation of operating processes such as user guide, training manuals, DOIs.
  • Provide training to Business users.
Our Ideal CandidateFunctional Experience and Knowledge:
  • Relevant functional experience in either Treasury, Asset and Liability Management, Liquidity Risk in quantitative analytics space of 5+ years, with good understanding of Fund transfer pricing.
  • Fund transfer pricing Business Support or reporting experience is desired.
  • Understanding of bank systems architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Knowledge of banking products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to forge strong relationships with counterparts and stakeholders at varying levels of management.
  • Fast learner, self starter with a can do attitude.
  • Critical thinker with good analytical skills and able to tackle problems pragmatically.
Technical Experience and Knowledge
  • Computing skills such as Microsoft product suite (Excel, Word, Power Point), financial analytical software, SQL queries.
Product Knowledge
  • Essential: ALM and Commercial Book products
  • Knowledge of banking products
Preferred Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Science) / MBA, PG Diploma or related degree in Banking / Finance / Statistics or any quantitative field from an institute of repute
  • Professional Qualification like CA / CIMA
  • Certifications like FRM / CFA / PRM
  • Graduates with relevant work experience in the above-mentioned areas will also be considered.
