Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Coordinate & manage Annual Budget & Strategy cycle with key stake holders2. Prepare & maintain Master Project list with Timeline & Priorities by coordinating with various stakeholders like Platform Program Managers, PMG leads, Platform Engineering Heads & Regulation COEs. Keep PDLT members & Business Head updated on the status on monthly basis.3. Consolidating new ECR to projects from PMG COEs & planning feasibility, Resource & Timeline analysis with Platform Engineering Heads & Platform Program Managers.4. Actively support Integrated Material Cost Reduction (IMCR) Special projects for resource planning, Status review & debottlenecking timeline challenges. Work h&-in-h& with both internal & external stakeholders for closely monitoring progress & reporting critical stakeholders.5. Perform Resource utilization analysis (Timesheet study) along with HR, IT & COEs & support developing manpower strategy for active projects & special initiatives.6. Support Product Development Function deploy suitable processes (internal / Sector / Corporate) & resolve conflicts by co-ordinating with department heads & COEs.7. Maintain periodic updates on new regulations & technologies as part of Product Strategy & technology Roadmap. Ensure alignment & co-ordinated implementation of product updates & regulations. 8. Prepare & propose Composite project ratings assessment for projects along with respective PPMs & PMs.9. Coordinate with Engineering, CDMM, Quality & Validation Heads/COEs for competition of PD Head Goal sheet with updates against Goals & MOPs10. Support Platform & Engineering team for completing legal contracts (NDA/Agreements) with third party engineering service providers11. Coordinate & manage key stakeholders like EA to BH, Head-Key Business Initiatives, COE-Business Excellence team & COE-ALC for regular PD function updates & highlights on projects12. Support preparing annual budget & work closely with PPMs for regular status update to Top management & Function Heads. Experience 12 - 15 years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications B.E/B.Tech/MBA General Requirements Previous experience in PMO role & Automotive backgroundFunctional Competency: 1. Knowledge of new product development process / MPDS2. Knowledge of Budget and cost management3. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA etc.4. MS Project & MS Office (spread sheet, ppt & documentation)5. Knowledge in Automotive regulation, trends & newer technologies6. Demonstrate innovative approaches in product, process & resource management7. Disciplined & Achievement focussed8. Communication, Presentation & Stakeholder management skills at top level9. Collaborative with CFT (must be an enabler & team player)10. Willingness to take challenges & go beyond call of duty,
