Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Responsible for the vehicle integration and design collaboration.2. Good knowledge of frame and sub-systems3. DMU and gap study of plastic, electrical, chassis, frame and engine related parts.4. Ability to coordinate with CAE and validation team to finalize the design5. Coordinate with costing team for controlling the product cost through design optimization of weight and material.6. Facilitating development of concept parts/ modifications of existing components and generating samples for new technology, VAVE.7. Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the development processes8. Knowledge of vehicle geometry and basic parameters such as wheel base, castor angle and steering angle.9. Knowledge of DFM, DFA and DFS, knowledge of physical vehicle assembly process and assembly tools of UG.Experience5-8 yearsIndustry Preferred2wheeler industry preferredQualificationsDiploma/BE / B.
