Location : Chennai Level : Manager Talented , customer - focused visual designer to create innovativeprint / digital assets that would be used in marketing campaigns globally. The candidate must be adept at juggling multiple projects , workclosely with Junior / Senior designers as well as marketing specialists to bringdesigns to fruition. KeyResponsibilities Design & Develop marketing concepts whilemaintaining a firm understanding of the client s business objectives. Ensure that the content is consistent with the brand strategy and.project goals / objectives so that key marketingthemes and designare appropriately delivered to the intended audience Contributes to the creative execution of marketingcollaterals by helping to create the overall concept through brainstorming with thecreative team Contributes creative ideas in a positive manner , sothat the entire creative team can . optimize his / her creative and collaborative talents Ensures all collaterals meet the submission deadlines Communicates clearly (written and verbal) to bothinternal and external audiences Monitors cultural trends to make sure designs arerelevant , appropriate and applies industry standards and best practices todesign Strong conceptual skills and the ability to takeownership Produce high - quality visual designs from concept toexecution , including those for desktop , web , and mobile devices Convert complex information into graphics , charts , graphs , and other forms of data visualization Act as a brand steward Provide creative inputs to junior designers , alsocoordinating with them to ensure timely delivery Requirements 9 years of visual design experience in a dynamic , collaborative environment A passion for visual design , innovation , and teamwork Solid - foundation and instinctive ability to exercisegood judgment in manipulating the formal elements of visual communication suchas contrast , scale , color , pacing , and typography Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop , InDesign , Illustrator , and PowerPoint Presentation is must Working knowledge of Video development using AdodbeAnimate , Premier , After Effects , sketching / Illustrations & Dreamweaver(HTML & CSS) Ability to work in 3D Max , GoAnimate , Videoscribewould be an added advantage. ,
