Mangager - IT Mangager - IT Qualifications:Engineering Graduate in Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics and Communication and other network related certificates. Location: Chennai Requirement: 10+ years of core experience in IT enabled services preferably in E-Publishing Engaging with customers and Providing Consultation on Servers & Storage, Enterprise Network & Security, Disaster Recovery and Infrastructure Managed Services. Project planning, Resource Planning & Mobilization, Managing deliveries, change management and internal interfacing for project requirements. Methodological approach & support for the implementation & operations of the comprehensive IT infrastructure, consisting of Data Centre, LAN, WAN, Servers, Storages, VOIP & TOIP, VC, Monitoring tools and operating environments built around them. Developing and articulating IT solutions based on the business / technical requirements Engaging and proposing the identified common IT infrastructure - solutions, concepts and models from a deep technical as well as business value perspective, to stake holders. Provide technical details, strategic value and contextual advice to the technical teams on project approach during implementation Providing status reports to the senior management. Proactively managing & monitoring all aspects of the data centre facility (Servers, Storage Network, Firewall, VPN & Applications) for 100% uptime. ,
