Job Description

    * We are seeking a passionate and energetic *Marketing Manager (Offline)* who can take charge of all *on-ground and offline marketing activities* to grow the 22Yards brand, drive client acquisition, and maximize ground/tournament utilization. This role is best suited for someone with strong event marketing, corporate connect, and partnership-building experience.* Plan and execute *offline campaigns* to promote tournaments, academies, and grounds.* Organize *promotional events, ground activations, and sports fairs*.* Manage outdoor branding, hoardings, standees, and offline collaterals.* Build brand recall at cricket hotspots, colleges, corporates, and communities.* Build partnerships with *corporates, HR heads, and sports committees* to drive event participation.* Pitch cricket tournaments and long-term ground rentals to corporates, academies, and institutions.* Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.* Drive registrations and footfall for *tournaments, leagues, and academy programs*.* Work closely with the operations team to ensure marketing activities align with on-ground execution.* Innovate on-ground engagement ideas to enhance player and spectator experience.
