Job Description

    Responsible for the marketing and sales of centrifugal pumps, requiring prior experience specifically in pump marketing. Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospective customers, understand market trends, and assess competitor activities. Tailor marketing approaches based on insights from customer needs and market demand.Sales Support:Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads, evaluate prospects, and close deals. Provide comprehensive product training and support to the sales team and distributors. Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and quotes to aid the sales process.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Engagement:Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners. Collect customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services. Promptly and professionally respond to customer questions, complaints, and service issues.
    2. Brand Management:Increase brand awareness and improve market reputation through focused marketing efforts. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Oversee social media and online advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility.
    3. Reporting & Analytics:Generate regular reports on marketing activities, sales outcomes, and market trends. Use analytics tools to evaluate marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies when necessary.
