The goal is to build a billion dollar revenue company and a long lasting institution with a legacy for the generations to come.Market Research & Insights - Manager Designation : Market Research & Insights - Manager MARKET INSIGHTS FUNCTION : 1. Build an organizational capability that enables strategic decision-making (across product, marketing, business units) through incisive market research2. Build a structured approach to market research through quantitative and qualitative research techniques, encompassing customer insights and competition insights (and) foster the development of customer-first mindset across the organization Key Responsibilities : 1. Emerging Whitespaces and Offerings : Conduct focused market research on new whitespaces, market segments and offerings for the organization (both in India and globally) (and) bring in high-impact insights which will help shape the product design and business model design 2. New Product Launches : Drive targeted market research for new product launches in select markets, which will inform the go-to-market, branding and marketing decisions 3. Customer Experience : Design and drive customer-research on an ongoing basis (surveys, interviews, focus group discussions) among existing customer base of our businesses (BM, CBS, Assisted, Elite, Jodii, Global) (and) share insights for continuous improvements in customer experience 4. Pricing Research : Conduct price-research experiments among customers for both existing businesses and newer offerings (and) build a scientific approach for key pricing decisions 5. Brand Track : Drive brand health research efforts to measure the key brand metrics on a sustained basis 6. Monetization & Conversions : Establish periodic research programs among existing customer base to uncover key challenges and expectations which influence conversions (and) share insights for conversion uptick 7. Renewals : Build a continuous connect with existing customer-base to advise the organization on Loyalty / CRM initiatives (and) enable continuous improvement in renewals 8. Partnerships : Partner with leading market research agencies across the country and globally to drive targeted market research programs Desired Profile : a. 8-10 years of experience driving market research in a leading Market Research agency (and/or) FMCG major (and/or) e-Commerce major b. Demonstrated expertise in designing & executing quantitative + qualitative research studiesc. Strong connects with Market Research agencies across the country d. Strong analytical skills and comfortable with multiple data sources (structured, unstructured) e. Excellent communication and presentation skills f. Fluent in Hindi and Tamil languages g. Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organization (from leadership teams through product/marketing managers) h. MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 school; Statistics background will be a plus; UI/UX research background will be a plus; Sociology/Psychology background will be a plus,
