Experience :3 5 years Job Location : Pallavaram, ChennaiQualification:B. E (Mechanical) Requirements: B. E (Mechanical) with 3 5 years of experience in Civil/ Construction industry. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of the application of standard mechanical engineering methods and techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint). Excellent communications Skills (Verbal/ Written) English and Tamil. Job Roles and Responsibilities:Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. Performs mechanical engineering work (design, AUTOCAD) related/ specifically in the areas of Mechanical Systems, i. e. HVAC, DG sets, Lift, MLCP etc. Submit site reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. Running Bills checking, with Quantity analysis as per BOQ rates. Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. Liaising with Consultants, Contractors. Coordinate with internal project team.,
