Job DescriptionJob Responsibility - Creating Leads for Advs., Events, Modelling Management, Photography/Videography. - Coordinating Events on all aspects. (End to End) - Coordinating for sponsorship. Conceptualization, Monitoring and Execution of Workshops, Meetings, Exhibitions, Events, Product Launches, Conferences, Seminars etc. Run successful B2B Events/Workshops for targeted prospects to build sales pipeline. Facilitate the delivery of high quality support services to the partners, associate partners, managers, staff and visitors of the events. Coordinating with various internal cross functional teams to meet event requirements like creative, response management, operations, finance etc. Coordinating venue management, caterers, designers, contractors and equipment hires. Networking with visitors, partners at events and build customer/partner relationships. Attend Business Events, Conferences etc. to offer product offerings to businesses. Perform software demos with event visitors walking them through our product offerings. Track visitors lead pipeline, follow up with leads and help sales team convert lead to deal. Work with inside sales team to create and execute offline & online sales campaigns. Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business development opportunities. Assist the product development team with market trends and customer feedback. Provide periodic updates on sales activities & projected sales forecasts to sales lead.
