Job Description

    1. Product Selection:Collaborate closely with designers and buyers to curate a collection of fashion products that reflect our brands identity and align with current market trends. Ensure the selection resonates with the target demographic while maintaining a strong aesthetic appeal.
    2. Trend Analysis:Continuously monitor fashion trends, market data, and consumer preferences. Forecast upcoming trends and adjust merchandising strategies to align with evolving customer demands and seasonal shifts.
    3. Inventory Management:Track stock levels and manage inventory to ensure that popular items are always available for customers. Optimize stock turnover rates and prevent overstocking or stockouts by analyzing product performance.
    4. Sales Analysis:Regularly analyze sales data to assess the performance of individual products. Adjust pricing, promotions, and product displays as needed to maximize sales and ensure profitability across product categories.
    5. Vendor Relations:Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to guarantee the timely delivery of quality merchandise. Negotiate favorable terms, ensuring the availability of trending products that meet customer demands.
    6. Visual Merchandising:Work closely with the visual merchandising team to design captivating in-store displays that attract customer attention and enhance the shopping experience. Ensure that product placements are strategically designed to drive sales.
    7. Promotional Planning:Develop and execute promotional strategies in collaboration with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness, increase footfall, and drive sales. Monitor the success of promotions and make adjustments based on performance.
    8. Customer Insights:Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and online reviews. Use this data to refine product selection, merchandising strategies, and improve the overall customer experience.
