    • Work closely with Product stakeholders across geography to strategize and execute the roadmap for Verizon Connect products.
    • Drive the strategy for seamless migration and upgrade activities to the cloud from legacy eco-system.
    • Provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects.
    • Manage a team of technical engineers tasked with delivering strategic support related to Verizon Connect functions.
    • Implement and evaluate delivery strategies to exceed targets, delivering superior Customer Experience and meeting all key performance standards.
    • Lead and recruit the right talent to meet the growing Technology demands of Verizon Connect.
    • Fully manage pilots and training current team in upgrade to new technology in order to meet the changing demands of Verizon Connect business.
    • Motivate and train the team to maximize productivity and promote their professional development in a manner consistent with Verizon policies and practices.
    • Supervise and manage the performance of direct reports. Guiding, coaching, motivating, and mentoring team members to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
    • Manage the rewards and employee growth based upon performance. Employee hiring, career development, succession planning, and periodic training.
    • Drive physical and cloud infrastructure changes as per the Verizon Connect multiple product infrastructure transformation.
    This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
    • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience in managing complex projects with 24X7 support.
    • Hands-on knowledge in AWS.
    • End-to-end knowledge of Service Support, Application Management, Infra management
    • Experience in driving and leading the Infrastructure operations team for OS Patching, Upgrade, Server Build, Decommission, Database Management such as Creation, Upgrade. DevOps Implementation, Network Gears Code upgrade and etc.
    • Experience in driving and leading the team of System Operations (OS Platforms such as Linux, and Windows), Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Casandra), NetOps (Routers, Switches, Load Balancers and Firewalls) and DevOps / CICD implementation.
    • Provide subject matter expertise to Operations team illustrating in-depth business knowledge across Verizon s proprietary products and services.
    • Knowledge on OS (Linux, Open source and Windows), AWS, and VMWare, Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Firewall and Database products such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL etc.
    • Proficient in Monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Sitescope.
    Even better if you have:
    • Proficiency with project management tools and related technology.
    • Experience in ticketing tools like JIRA, SMAX.
    • Experience in presentation through PowerPoint or google presentation.
    • Certified in ITIL processes or any other certified process.
