Job Description

  • As a manager in the Transformation Advisory Governance - Biz Ops, youll be leading multiple programs and providing insights to achieve operational excellence. Youll be implementing priorities by managing and excelling current projects, strengthening governance, reporting structures and communication within stakeholders, provide guidance and direction, review cadence etc.
  • Managing a team of consultants/ specialists/ analysts to define program scope and deliver projects on time against expectations.
  • Leading high performing teams and managing their performance based on the organizations requirements and their individual aspirations.
  • Utilizing design thinking capability to translate abstract problem statements into meaningful programs that can be executed to achieve the organizations goals.
  • Operationalizing, enhancing and sustaining processes that emerge out of center priorities and other initiatives.
  • Structuring and adhering to a standard reporting, review and communication mechanism.
  • Collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive org-wide initiatives and improve employee and stakeholder experience
  • Focus on innovation and automate / transform the processes for employee experience and enablement
  • Managing Business Continuity Planning & governing / managing product development for the organization.
  • Onboarding / maintaining projects through clearance management. Understand Orgs pain points and help improvising the experience by integrating various internal tools through development
  • Oversighting Verizon India procurement and help remove roadblocks and expedite PR submissions
  • Take care of telecom - invoicing process to make sure vendor payments are completed on / before timeline to avoid service disconnections
What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
  • Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in consulting.
  • Three or more years of people management experience - directly or indirectly.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.
  • Experience in managing Business Continuity Planning & governing / managing product development for the organization.
  • Knowledge of onboarding / maintaining projects through clearance management. Knowledge onOrgs pain points and help improvising the experience by integrating various internal tools through development.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Master s in Business Administration.
  • Experience with Procurement cycle.
  • Experience with tools like 1ERP, Rivermine, Peoplesoft will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Telecom domain/industry and invoicing process.
  • High proficiency levels on MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ G-Suite.
  • Experience designing and setting up multi-functional programs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Program management certifications like PMP / Prince 2 / ITIL etc.
  • Experience driving change management at organizational level.
