Job Description

  • Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1:Work closely with client and team and understanding the requirement, design,analyse and do the code changes 2:Helping team and client to resolve production issues 3:Should able to handle day to day activity like team management, daily meeting etc
      • Technical Experience : 1:Windows Server, Active Directory 2:DNS, IIS, Azure, Cloud Environments, 3:Powershell Scripting Basics, FTP
    • Professional Attributes : 1:Should have Azure2 Years, Windows Active Directory and Server administration as a Primary Skill with at least 3- 4 Years experience 2:Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Knowledge, Windows Clustering, Server Patching WSUS, 3:Basic Networking Knowledge,DNS, IIS,Cloud Environments,
