Job Description

    As an Officer, Monitoring & Testing Analyst 2 at Citi, you will be responsible for assessing outcomes from activities and processes against conformance with applicable requirements to strengthen the risk management control environment. Your role will involve executing Monitoring and Testing of controls, performing control design assessments, assessing design of monitoring & testing tools, and evaluating the effectiveness of key controls designed to address defined risks. Additionally, you will be expected to have a good understanding of the Citi Risk & control framework, support in performing monitoring reviews, and participate in strategic initiatives for control performance enhancement.Key Responsibilities:- Understand the Citi Risk & control framework and principles defined per PRCM (Process, Risk, Control & Monitoring)- Perform end-to-end monitoring and testing of controls as per Risk Management policy- Participate in Control Design Assessment (CDA) meetings and leadership meetings for process analysis- Identify monitoring/testing breaks, suggest enhancements, and create reports for control tracking and analysis- Assist in identifying risks across the business and proposing cross-functional solutions- Assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulationsQualifications Required:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions in the financial services industry- Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls- Experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes- Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices- Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills- Problem-solving, decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteEducation:- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceCiti is dedicated to supporting your career growth, providing resources for physical and mental well-being, and encouraging work-life balance.
