Job Description

  • Manage the ID team for Chennai and responsible for ID function
  • Provide expertise on Instructional Design and provision for availability of resources internally/ externally (outsourcing) to carry out the function.
  • Determine instructional improvement in content and delivery and devise training and orientation programs for team skill augmentation
Profile Requirement:
  • 8-10 yrs experience in ID position at a reputed learning company, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Should be well versed in ID theories and able to create storyboards based on learner and course requirements
  • Should have excellent written and oral communication
  • Should have managed internal team and outsourcing freelancers/ companies
