Essential Job Functions & Required Skills:
Participatein full testing life cycle, including requirements validation, test planning,and test case identification/development, development of test automationframework, functional testing and user acceptance testing
Definetest objectives, write and execute test cases and test scenarios to ensure thatsoftware products meet design specifications and ensure consistency,completeness, accuracy and testability of product requirements
Collaboratewith stakeholders to formulate testing scenarios and facilitate testing.
Toensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.
Toprepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.
Toprepare a test plan and test scripts to test each software component anddemonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.
Toprovide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out inaccordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.
Tocreate/update user stories, Epics, features, testcases in Azure DevOps andmaintain issues/bugs as part of the system testing/user testing
Abilityto test business processes, plugins and workflows with both positive andnegative test cases
Experiencein testing multiple business unit with data segregation and cross BUaccess/roles
Stronghand on experience in testing Dynamics Self - service Portals, Custom portal andknowledge Management, SharePoint integration
Experiencein testing Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Dynamics Web App forOutlook, Power BI Dashboards &Reports, Scheduled Reports, Custom SSRS reports with multiple data sources(external & internal)
Experiencein testing MS Flow and Power Apps
Workwith business users to understand the reported issue and steps to recreate theissue in non - production environment
Supportsystem and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution
