Job Description

    As an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience, you will join a dynamic team where you will use your expertise in Azure and MS SQL Server. This hybrid role allows you the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site without the need for travel, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Azure for optimal performance and scalability.- Oversee the management and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases to ensure data integrity and availability.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure and MS SQL Server-related issues to minimize downtime.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.- Monitor system performance, implement necessary updates, and patches to maintain security and efficiency.- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity.- Conduct regular system audits, generate reports for areas of improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in infrastructure management for a high level of service quality.- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage and resolve infrastructure-related issues.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Azure and MS SQL Server to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.**Qualifications:**- Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure.- Strong expertise in managing and maintaining MS SQL Server databases.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in system performance monitoring and optimization.- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.- Knowledgeable in disaster recovery and backup solutions.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to mentor and train junior team members.- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.- Experience in evaluating and selecting new technologies.- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.If you are interested in this position, the following certifications are required:- Azure Solutions Architect Expert- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate,
