Experience in Next Generation Firewall Palo Alto Wireless Technologies Experience on WAN Optimization device Riverbed Experience managing L2 infrastructure with STP and MSTP. CCNP Certification (other Cisco or Juniper qualifications beneficial) Monitoring experience (Bandwidth and Connectivity) Experience working ITIL environment (beneficial) Monitoring Tools Experience (SolarWinds) CCNP/CCNA certification a must Handling/experience in handling global customer is a must. Should have worked in shifts and should be open to work in shifts. ITIL certification. Awareness of AWS features (like essential certification from AWS) Skills and Experience Required 5+ years work experience. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills CCNP Engineer with hands-on Routing and Switching experience as well as security and datacentre technologies Experience working on network deployments and administration of ongoing critical live networks.
