Job Description

  • Respond to all system and network problems on a continual basis
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network communications failures and bottlenecks
  • Analyze system logs, identifying potential issues and troubleshooting any reported problems
  • Maintain and update documentation of the enterprise environment
  • Ensure the development and use of an effective, preventive maintenance program suitable to meet operational objectives
  • Follow all best practices and procedures
Key Skills & Certification:
  • CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
  • TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting experience in multi- operating system environments
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and software tools
  • Expert knowledge in L2, MPLS, VPN, and BGP/IGRP routing protocols
  • Experience administering and deploying network load balances
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
