Job Description

Network Infrastructure Maintenance:Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of the organizations network infrastructure.Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Implement preventive measures to address potential network vulnerabilities.2. Fortinet Firewall Management:Demonstrate hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall solutions.Configure, manage, and maintain Fortinet Firewalls to ensure network security.Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security policies.3. Technical Support:Provide technical support to end-users, addressing network-related concerns. promptly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues.Document support activities and create knowledge base articles for reference.4. Network Optimization:Identify opportunities for network optimization and implement improvements.Work on capacity planning and recommend enhancements to meet growing business requirements.5. Collaboration:Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve network-related issues.Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless network operations.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Network Support Engineer.3. Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall solutions.4. Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.5. Certification in Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) is a plus.6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.7.
