Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
    1. Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    2. Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial resume screening, phone screenings, and in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    3. Candidate Assessment:Administer and evaluate candidate assessments, tests, and exercises, as needed, to determine their suitability for specific roles.
    4. Candidate Pipeline Management:Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
    5. Job Posting:Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and other relevant platforms.
    6. Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance.
    7. Offer Negotiation:Assist in extending job offers, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    8. Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track progress and effectiveness.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Degree Must
    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, in a recruiting role.
    • Must 1 to 3 years experience into Non IT Recruitment
    • Salary - upto 3LPA(CTC) (Plus Incentives) (based on interview performance)
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Ethical and confidential handling of sensitive information.
