"Provide technical expertise required for the ESB migrations and other ESB related implementations. Participate in defining and implementing standards and guidelines for the design, development, test and release of ESB implementations. Strong experience in middleware technologies: MuleSoft, API , Cloudhub Advanced technical understanding of middleware technology platforms and its capabilities including API development and management, micro services, orchestration, ETL operations etc. Strong experience in security standards like TLS, Oauth2, SAML etc., migration methodologies and integration with enterprise identity management systems Hands on experience in DevOps technologies like Jenkins, Ansible/Chef, Docker to create continuous integration continuous delivery pipelines Experience in ESB migration and upgrade projects along with implementation of new age technologies at enterprise edge to make it ready for new business requirements Monitor different phases of project execution, identify areas for improvements and help in designing and implementing automated delivery solutions. Manages overall and day to day technology operations for ESB Upgrade and Steady-State Support projects Monitor and report team progression during each phase and help in implementing corrective actions to avoid any impact to delivery of the project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Lead team meetings and checkpoints to track progress, issues, queries and act as communication layer between technical team and other stakeholders. Collaborate with NTT DATA senior leadership to understand the organization long term objectives and lead the identified Integration initiatives that contribute towards this long-term goal. Work in global delivery model and coordinate with onshore counterparts to provide daily/weekly reports and escalate delivery issues.
