Job Description

The Role-Full timeWe are looking for a creative nursing content writer to join our team to produce content for educational and instructional videos focused on nursing. This position is for nursing and science communication enthusiasts who would love to create cool and engaging videos that students can learn from.Responsibilities:Researches and writes original content on nursing fundamentals.Follow. our guidelines for script generation to produce informative, interesting, and accurate voiceovers.Create storyboards that guide the work of professional animators.Generate technical documents using our guidelines to provide instructions to media professionals such as voice talent, videographers, video editors, and animators.Review content and provide feedback based on knowledge and expertise of clinical and/or managed care settings.Requirements:Degree in Nursing and RN with 3 years of relevant experience (either in clinical and/or managed care settings or teaching).Strong knowledge in best practices for clinical care.Clinical writing experience preferred.Proficiency in literature research and the ability to succinctly summarize key points.Fluency in English writing and grammar.Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.Experience proofreading documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and content with attention to detail.Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks, comfortably multitask, complete high-quality documents according to timelines, and perform with changing priorities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join JoVE When working with JoVE, you can expect salary and benefits package competitively placed within the local market You will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and in improving student learning in science education Opportunity to work in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us,
