This role involves understanding the unique requirements of Middle Eastern healthcare systems, managing compliance for international hiring, and developing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier nursing talent for these markets.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Recruitment for the Middle East Market:Source and attract nursing candidates who are interested in relocating to the Middle East.Utilize online job boards, social media, industry events, and partnerships with nursing institutions to build a strong pool of international candidates.Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and readiness for relocation to the Middle East.Oversee the compliance and licensing processes required by Middle Eastern countries, ensuring all candidates meet regulatory and licensure standards.Collaboration and Relationship Management:Work closely with healthcare facility clients in the Middle East to understand their specific staffing requirements, cultural expectations, and regulatory guidelines.Develop strong relationships with regional partners, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations to facilitate smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing support for any relocation or cultural transition needs.Market Intelligence and Strategy Development:Analyze recruitment trends and talent availability in the Middle East to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.Keep updated on visa, immigration, and licensing regulations specific to the Middle Eastern healthcare sector, and communicate these requirements to candidates.Onboarding and Relocation Support:Assist successful candidates with their relocation processes, including orientation to the Middle Eastern healthcare environment, cultural expectations, and facility-specific guidelines.Work with HR and administrative teams to ensure all relocation logistics are addressed, including visa support, housing, and orientation.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)At least 3 years of experience in international healthcare recruitment, with a focus on the Middle East marketStrong knowledge of Middle Eastern healthcare systems, licensing requirements, and recruitment challengesFamiliarity with international recruitment compliance, visa, and immigration regulations for Middle Eastern countriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong cultural awareness and sensitivityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and video interviewing toolsPreferred Experience and Skills:Experience working with licensing authorities such as the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), or Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP)Bilingual skills, particularly Arabic and English, are a plusPrevious experience coordinating international relocations and onboarding processesInterview Venue:Head OfficeAGP International ServicesAGP Tower, 3rd Floor,New No.10, Old No.33 Jai Nagar 1st Main Road, 13th Street, Arumbakkam,Chennai 600 106, Tamil Nadu, IndiaTel: hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile
