Job Description

    Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. DB Data maintenance & SQL related activity. Ticketing system Management. Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, network and other IT-related problems.. Respond to user inquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner.. Install and configure software and hardware components as required.. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.. Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.. Provide training and assistance to end-users on new technologies and software applications.. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.. Participate in ongoing training and development activities to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and support techniques.. Checking all the Network Connectivity. Room Temperature in all the Server and Network Room. Checking the reports for any unknown threats (Virus/attack). Continues Line Walk to identify and fix the issues. Video Conference Call and Tele Conference Call Setup(Cisco). Asset ID Creation and Preparing list. Everyday IT Induction for New CL Operators and IDLKey Skill:Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.. Excellent customer service and communication skills.. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.. Familiarity with ticketing and help desk software..
