Job Description

    • Assist with the organization and logistics of training programs.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Support job placement activities by assisting with resume and cover letter preparation, job board postings, and scheduling interviews.
    • Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
    • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program outcomes.
    • Maintain office files and records accurately and confidentially.
    Qualification:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 0-2yrs exp
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
