Job Description

    As a Testing Analyst 2 at our company, your role involves applying your specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data. You will be responsible for supporting initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. This will require you to collaborate closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct software quality assurance testing and various quality control user acceptance tests to ensure applications meet specified standards and end-user requirements.- Create test scripts, execute them according to application requirements documentation, log defects, and retest software corrections to ensure resolution of problems.- Document the evolution of testing cases scripts for future replication and contribute to the development of test plans.Qualifications Required:- 2-5 years of relevant testing experience preferred.- Basic knowledge of relationship databases and applications supporting the testing process.- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.- Experience in software application testing.- A Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.As a Testing Analyst, you are expected to make evaluative judgments based on factual information, resolve problems by selecting solutions through acquired technical experience, and have a limited but direct impact on the team and closely related teams through the quality of tasks/services provided. You should appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrate consideration for the firms reputation, and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations to safeguard the company and its clients.Your ability to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way, recognizing audience diversity, will be crucial for success in this role.
