Job Description

  • 10+ Years to experience Should have minimum 3-4 Oracle Cloud implementation / Support project experience
  • Expert in AMS processes Ability to play the role of a strong service delivery manager
  • Good in Incident Management and status reporting process
  • Ability to deliver support metrics and facility decision making process
  • Should have excellent communication & presentation skills and flexible to travel short term if required
  • Should manage the entire project life cycle right from SOW preparation, project planning and project closure with due consideration to Cloud centric aspects like T2T and P2T
  • Should able to orchestrate transition management process
  • Should prepare a detailed project plan and maintain the project plan as a live document using Microsoft Projects tool & to manage and track the project with it
  • Should prepare weekly and monthly & quarterly status report and publish the same to NTT as well as customer Management
  • Should conduct regular project milestone review / Srum meetings with all key stake holders to present the current status of the project
  • Should track any changes to the project scope and prepare a change request after discussion with the client Mgt
  • Control and Manage the project budget and ensure offshore is be well within the budget
  • Should work closely with the teams to ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time and with good quality
  • Should enforce best practices based on previous project experiences
