    6 to 10 years of experience in Design, Analysis requirement and design & development of networking device simulators (Protocols SNMP, TL1, Netconf). Expertise in Java or Python or C (We use all these 3 in Simulator Development) Should be good in OOPs concepts, Designing skills, Multi-threading, Concurrency, Collection Framework, Exception handling and debugging skills, JSON, JAXB, XML Parsing techniques.
