Job Description

  • Receipting of cash collection & float cheques
  • Generation of pay-in-slip for the entire collection (cheque + cash) during the day
  • Deposition of the above collection in bank
  • Generating & monitoring of temporary receipt and conversation.
  • Handling of cheque bounce cases and re-presentation of returned cheques (Representation, address verification etc.)
  • Loader receipting for various tie-up banks
  • Uploading of bank acknowledgments in OPUS
  • Record Keeping of all above activities for recon, 64vb & audit purpose etc.
  • NEFT updations
  • Advance for expenses to manage petty branch expenses
  • Bass reimbursement processing
  • PID and Agent float statement retrieval
  • BOA account creation
