    • Consistently achieving set targets
    • Achieving productivity metrics as per set benchmarks
    • Abiding by the Code of Conduct
    • Handling customer complaints/ Queries
    • Inter department follow- ups on need basis.
    • Timely allocation of cases to agencies/ collectors
    • Supporting Agencies/ Collectors as required
    • Ensuring timely escalations/ feedback/ MIS to management
