Job Description

    Job Title:* Telesales ExecutiveLocation: MRC NAGAR ChennaiKey Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.2. Identify and qualify leads, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.4. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.5. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure high conversion rates.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.7. Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.8. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.Requirements:1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.5. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office applications.6.
