Combining unparalleled experience, comprehensive capabilities across all industries and business functions, and extensive research on the worlds most successful companies.Call Anagha hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile for more details.Designation :- Underwriting QA / QC - Loan Underwriting US RegionJob Location :- Chennai / Pune ( Open to Relocate to these Cities )Qualifications :- Any Graduate / BE / B tech / MCA / MscYears of Experience :- 1 YR - 9 yrsSalary offered : 3 Lacs - 12 LacsRequirements:Minimum 2 years current mortgage loan underwriting experienceO Strong knowledge of income calculations, tax returns, reading credit reports, identifying red flagsO Knowledge of appraisal and title, and ability to recognize red flags and ineligible propertiesDetail-oriented with strong ability to time manageAbility to obtain NMLS-MLO Licenses preferredQuality Control Analyst U/W QCEssential Job Functions:Review and provide Quality Control feedback on loan file reviews completed by internal staffReview applications for completeness prior to final underwriting approval , Review at ICD, Review Checklist prior to submission to Closing, Review Needs List, Review Documentation, Cite Findings for Missing Documentation, Review Doc Expiration Dates, Cite Findings for Expired Documentation, Review Income Calculations, Cite Findings for Income Errors, Confirm loan product is in compliance with program guidelines and borrower eligibilityReview employment documentation and re-calculate income documentationReview credit report and re-calculate liabilitiesReview title commitments, hazard and flood insuranceRequirements:Most currently be a U/W QC and should have demonstrated excellent quality.Must have demonstrable, relevant skills and experience in quality control support and practices in the mortgage loan industryExcellent time management skills with an emphasis on qualityShould have knowledge in the policies, principles and practices of mortgage loan processing, and underwritingIf interested call Ms. Anagha hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile for more details.Email your updated resume to hidden_email
