As a Compliance Coordinator the candidate should be performing following duties: (1) Provides Administrative support by implementing PCI DSS controls, and policies; completing projects in support to PCI audits (2) Helps other team members in IT Compliance team by answering questions and responding adhoc / audit requests (3) Perform periodic PCI specific IT Compliance Reviews & Helping Compliance Managers / Compliance Analysts on the need basis (4) Coordination with various stakeholders in keeping the PCI Audit specific documentation & evidences in place to support the PCI reviews / audit (5) Identify the gaps if any in the PCI review / audit documentation maintained and escalate critical issues / risks noticed if any (6) Support quarterly user access reviews on the need basis, by raising ServiceNow tickets, tracking ongoing tasks & reporting Following skills are must: (1) Well awareness of PCI DSS requirements, including network architecture, system configuration, security management, policies, procedures and other critical security measures (2) Effective customer communication skills (3) Administrative writing skills & Information Organization (4) Hands on experience in performing GAP ANALYSIS & subsequently providing REMEDIATION ASSISTANCE and enabling COMPLIANCE ROADMAP for way forward (5) Coordination skills with various stakeholders (across globe) (6) Willingness to share ideas and collaborate with a multi-site / diversified / virtual team (7) Audit & General Statistical Analysis Skills (8) MIS & Status reporting dashboard preparations Overall mandatory expectations: Should have 8+ years of overall IT experience in which minimum 4 years of experience in the Information Security Governance & IT Compliance Audits & Technical Assessment Excellent report writing and communication The ability to work well independently or with a global team of customers Should be willing to lead & manage periodic PCI reviews / project tasks independently Available to accommodate work timings to overlap EST & CST time zones (Preferably second shift) Capable of meeting deadlines and timely deliverables Minimum Technical Experience and Education Minimum 2+ years of experience in working in the PCI DSS related projects, supporting IT Compliance audits (End to End) for any potential customer, especially from the financial industry (especially Banking / Payment Cards / other financial service organizations). CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certification is surely a plus Previous or existing PCI QSA certification preferred General compliance knowledge including frameworks such as HIPAA, ISO27002, NIST.
