Job Description

  • Team provide production support for incidents, commitment requests, releases and changes for assigned products and ensure we improve production support process.
What you will be doing
  • Online and On Call production support Flexibility to work in Rotational shifts starts (Includes Night Shifts) and weekend support
  • Provides application support typically in a defined project.
  • Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers
  • Complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems.
What you bring:
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Openshift Support
  • Good Experience in Shell scripting, Linux and debugging.
  • Knowledge in Hadoop, Kafka, IDP, Hive, Splunk, Sqlplus, Oracle, Java
  • Interpret business logic to programming logic
  • Good communication Skills
  • Willing to work in Rotational shifts (24/7)
Added bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
