Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Logistics teams and central support teams such as tax, accounting, trade and customs compliance to support logistics process and systems to enable operations and goods movements across LATAM region, locally and internationally.
  • Be actively involved in the daily activities of logistics process, removing roadblocks with accommodation of legal requirements (i.e. compliance with Nota Fiscal requirements in Brazil and other government systems and reporting requirements for LATAM)
  • Maintain reports and dashboards that contain actionable metrics to monitor the performance of our MM operations.
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Manage task queue to triage and resolve issues and engage with cross-functional teams as needed for resolution
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to assist with best practices and to ensure end-to-end process and tool consistency
  • Support global process and implementation of MM tools
  • Responsible for proactive implementation of enhancements/modifications as they relate to long term strategies and short-term tactical initiatives
Job Grade/Level: 07Qualification:
  • Minimum bachelor s degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Additional Requirements: - Knowledge & Ability to use SAP R/3 (P20) and PDM (Enovia) system.- Understanding of PDM interfaces and data transfer among different systems.- Knowledge of Nokia product structures, portfolios.- Understanding of Legal and Foreign trade related material master issues (ECC).- Understanding of Material life cycle concept and related process.- Understanding of Engineering Change Process, Product Structure Management, and Production Management. - Experience & Ability in Project environment working, and in processes with tools and methods.- Communication skills, team work- Extensive data analyse ability
