Your role will focus on process tracking, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of daily workflows.Key Responsibilities* Maintain trackers, reports, and operational dashboards* Coordinate cross-department tasks and follow-ups with various teams* Document processes, SOPs, and dependencies* Support project execution for mentorship programs, courses, assessments, and partner tie-ups* Highlight operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
