JOB DESCRIPTION Operations Manager India SUMMARY - Attaining the objective of Bangladesh plant in terms of strategy , Plan and execution - Build a team of effective employees in the plant by training and development - Effectively guide the managers of the various departments to drive company objectives: Laser/ Thermal/ RFID/ Maintenance/ Offset Printing/ PFL/ Flexo Printing/ Scheduling - Plan that the installed capacity meets the forecasted demand of various customers - Act as a ambassador for the company in meetings with the various inspection bodies and customer representatives JOB DUTIES - Meet the required lead time in different product lines to meet various customers demands - Ensure that delivered product meets agreed quality standards - Plan capacity against demand. Proactive action required to meet peak demand - Keep track of purchase to ensure that we buy at correct price and have the required raw material available as per forecast - Monitor that the targeted dates for new Projects of factory are met - guide the All manager to ensure that all the required factory compliance/ Legal Requirement are met with the global retailers and Local Authority requirements. - Check that overtime never exceeds legal limits - Plan and execute in building a team to deliver world class product by training, development and exposing them to the latest developments in the field . - Focus on factory cost reduction and work on productivity improvement to drive plan profitability. - Actively participating on Annual operations plan (Budgeting Process) and follow up the same Bachler / Master degree preferably in science, engineering, printing technology Six sigma green / black belt certified Total of 10- 12 years of experience of which at least 5 years should be at a position where he has led a team Experience in handling plant operations for at least last three years is a must. Any industryexperience is fine but technical background of printing industry is preferable. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSAs) : Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of garment export trade Planning production of print and or label industry Experience of compliance of various accreditations such as ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, Oekotex. Possesses good man management skills, a firm believer in people skill enhancement on a continuous basis. Believes in following of processes and procedures Possesses Good mentoring and guiding skills.,
