Job Description

We are seeking a talented Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization.Job Summary:As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of Life Mitras (LM) in the state of Tamil Nadu. You will be expected to achieve business growth targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Life Mitras in Tamil Nadu
    • Achieve business growth targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the state of Tamil Nadu
    • Ensure timely completion of all sales activities and reporting requirements
    • Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales and sales growth
    Requirements:
    • 1 year of experience in insurance sales
    • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends in Tamil Nadu
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
