Job Description

    As an Ops Sup Analyst 2 at our company, you will be responsible for providing operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. Your main objective will be to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services aligning with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries, as needed- Execute assigned work, conduct training, monitor team work quality and quantity, and provide necessary feedback- Analyze Operations information to make evaluative judgments and solve problems- Identify and resolve routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures- Minimize/Reduce Operations Loss for the Disputes team- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy- Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members- Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact-finding questions and following up on open items**Qualifications:**- 0-2 years of relevant experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes in expectations or requirements- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and with proven organization and time management skills- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAs an Ops Sup Analyst 2, you are expected to have a Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
