Job Description

    The Ops Sup Analyst 2 position is an intermediate role that involves providing operations support services, which includes record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening of accounts in coordination with the Fraud Operations Team. As an Ops Sup Analyst 2, you will serve as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. Your primary objective will be to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi fraud operations support and processes. You will also assist in managing fraud losses by ensuring analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.Responsibilities:- Perform short and long term forecasting analysis and standardized fraud analysis- Make judgments based on practice and precedence under general supervision- Develop and maintain working knowledge of business/industry standards and practices- Demonstrate fundamental understanding of how the team interacts with others to achieve objectives- Identify inconsistencies in data or results and exchange information in a concise and logical manner- Impact the business directly through the quality of tasks/services provided- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets- Analyze Fraud Trends and support organizational objectives in fraud review- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fraud reviewQualifications:- Relevant experience of 8 years in a related role- Knowledge and previous experience in the Investigation and Fraud claims process- Experience in trend analysis and alerts in early fraud detection- Extensive knowledge of the Banks Transactional Processing platforms / Chargeback cycle- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Access- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environmentEducation:- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description offers a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the Ops Sup Analyst 2 role.
