Candidate Responsibilities:Monitoring production environments Address application issues that come via tickets, emails, phone calls and automated alerts. Understand the applications within AIS application suite and address technical and functional issues Use modern monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and analytical monitoring tools Proactively take steps to reduce number of issues Work closely with development team to understand the changes to application and platform Deploy applications to UAT and production environment Test and ensure necessary testing is done before application is deployed to production.Expertise:Languages, Technologies, Functional domainUnix utilities like scripting, awk, sed, Proficiency in writing PL/SQL Experience of working with Autosys Experience in trouble shooting applications (JAVA, .Net, Citrix, Sybase & Oracle environment) Should have worked in either in application development or production support Experience in remote support Experience in Oracle Financials Business Suite(Functional and technical skills required) : WebADI Upload Issues Journal Imports SQL Script Creation as needed to resolve issuesInformation Classification: Confidential Page 2Audit Extract Ability to investigate report Issues Ability to address adhoc Extract request from user community Work experience in Financial industry an advantageSoft-skills required for this roleAbility to effectively partner with global counterparts Ability to collaborate with global teams as well as work independently Ability to multitask Passion to trouble-shoot issues Problem solving techniques - assesses a series of solutions in order to choose the most appropriate for the given problem, re-evaluates the progress for the chosen solution over time.
