• Strong working experience with Advanced SQL and PLSQL knowledge
• Architect, Build, Manage and streamline business intelligence data warehouse
• Coordinate with business analysts and internal customers to develop business requirement and specification documents
• Produce and maintain strong documentation
• Automate the manual process
• Build and refine data flow and ETL processes
• Strong commitment to sound development practices, including test and deploy with version control (GIT)
• Ensure compliance of regulations, policies and requirements of the In-Scope countries

Skills Required:Role Specific:

• Strong stakeholder management- Must
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, establish strong working relationships, utilize resources within cross-functional matrixed teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment job Must
• Track record of developing, owning and continuously improving complex business process
• Experience in Banking Domain & Banking Data Models - preferred

Technical Skills:

• In depth knowledge in oracle architecture, data dictionary, database normalization, entity relation modelling and database design techniques.
• Substantial development experience in creating stored procedures, pl-sql packages, functions, cursors and triggers.
• perform SQL tuning, database application design and developer support.
• Oracle database modelling /programming experience
• Must have a thorough understanding of relational databases, be able to - create and read Entity Relationship Diagrams, and have experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL Programming language
• Experience with batch processes, import, export, backup and database motoring tools.
• Extensive experience in database query tuning, performance tuning (explain plan and TKPROF utility), partition pruning and troubleshooting oracle application issues.
• Worked in Unix/Linux environment Must
• Experience in Data Warehousing environments - Datastage - Preferred
• Experience in usage of Reporting & Data Quality Management Tools (Tableau) - Preferred
• Good working knowledge in Excel would be an added advantage Preferred
• Basic Java skills - Preferred
• Experience in Open source ETL tools - Preferred
• Basic knowledge in Big data / Hadoop / Hive - Preferred
• Basic knowledge in Agile methodologies, Scrum & JIRA Preferred

• Capacity to multi-task and prioritize effectively, working extremely well under pressure
• Should exhibit logical and analytical thinking and able to provide solutions
• Experience in Requirement gathering, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process design
• Should involve in the change management activities covering the SDLC process
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with an ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear and compelling way
• Self driven and proactive in reaching out to multiple stakeholders
• Must be a smart worker.
• Must be able to support during weekends during the implementation process & Critical issues in production
• Overall Experience: Lead 6+ Years
