We assess customer credit worthiness and provide inputs on revenue risks. Maximize cash flow by maintaining the quality of accounts receivable. We interact with internal functions to facilitate the resolution and timely payment of outstanding invoices.Help us achieve our goalsAs an Order Analyst, you will be assisting our sales team in creating and processing order forms. You will ensure a timely turnaround, whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will oversee our processing systems and policies. Manage the process workflow i.e., creation through to submission and execution.As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Gathering customer feedback from our sales team. Efficiently translate needs into valid orders for our services and products
• Assisting our Sales team with the renewal of existing customer contracts. Managing the end-to-end order renewal workflow
• Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
• Tracking and reviewing the status of in-process sales orders. Ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with our internal policies
• Acting as a subject matter expert. Provide guidance to sales team on the polices and processes and to identify future improvements
• Addressing to queries and advice on order process to sales team.
Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelors degree and demonstrate fluency in English
• Show good relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash process and order management
• Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have good analytical skills with the ability to present analysis clearly
• Demonstrate a solid sense of urgency and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Be willing to work shift patterns that aligns with our US Teams (6 PM - 3 AM IST OR 8 PM - 5 AM IST)
