    Hiring | Order Management Lead | Digital Media Industry | Chennai Location: Chennai Experience: 5 Years Salary: Up to 12 LPA Qualification: Any Graduate Shift: Night Shift Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days PreferredJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Order Management Lead with strong expertise in managing end-to-end order management operations within the Digital Media industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, SLA governance, and process improvement skills while driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities
    • Own end-to-end Order Management process delivery.
    • Manage COMAG operations from intake to allocation and billing trigger.
    • Ensure SLA compliance and operational governance.
    • Monitor daily volumes, turnaround time, backlog, and productivity.
    • Lead team performance across quality, utilization, and efficiency metrics.
    • Handle publisher, wholesaler, and internal stakeholder escalations.
    • Standardize processes and reduce dependency on manual knowledge.
    • Identify automation opportunities across schedule intake, PO Master, and PAN processes.
    • Support transitions, knowledge transfer, governance, and reporting.
    • Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
