Job Description

Digital P&C Digital and Continuous Improvement is organised within Vestas HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HR digital solutions within our decided platforms. Our two primary focus areas are clearly interlinked: - Digital HR solutions owners: being the interface between Process Owners and IT and securing well-functioning HR IT systems supporting the HR processes. - Bringing about Continuous Improvement projects within HRVestas is on a Digital journey within the HR area. We have implemented SuccessFactors. And we will continue to build efficient Digital solutions based upon the SuccessFactors solution. Even if organized in HR the team run the full operation and maintenance of SuccessFactors whilst our Global IT has the technical responsibility for all other solutions. To secure this Digital journey we are searching for a team member who is thriving supporting the Vestas organization with solving the daily opportunities in a large global system landscape.Responsibilities

  • Effectively understanding configuration and solution possibilities for Vestas HR Systems, which include SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Talent Modules, SAP HCM, HR Services solution, Time and Payroll systems, etc.
  • Working with respective Solution Owners to configuring simple, cohesive, sustainable and compliant improvements
  • Being diligent to and establishing tools and processes supporting compliance, transparency and reduce the risk of mis-configurations
  • Identifying improvements opportunities, raising it with the respective Solution Owner
  • Have deep understanding of the HR lifecycle, technologies, landscape and data model
  • Test changes before handing over to the Solution Owner for final testing and sign off
  • 3rd level troubleshooting of issues & vendor ticket creation
  • Alignment HR landscapes
  • Building mandate as the configurations expert within respective areas, by having vast solution possibilities and knowledge of issues and gaps in our solutions
  • The establishment of pragmatic tools and processes which support good design, compliance and transparency into changes, decreasing the risk of mis-configurations, data breaches and downtime by
  • Assisting with escalations and critical incidents as required
  • Participation as a resource on relevant projects
  • Knowledge of/and configuration of defined changes to our P&C master data solutions
  • Enabling to ensure that the P&C master data systems engine room is operationg effeciently
  • Gaining an understanding of the impact of changes to downstream systems & integrations
Qualifications
  • A minimum 5 years experience within the HR systems sphere, whereof both SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Succession Planning, PMGM ( Performance & Goals ) Management and SAP HCM is part of this experience
  • Vast experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central post go-live configuration
  • A minimum 3 years of experience working with HR data models in the systems
  • Solid experience with the HR landscape and the inherent interfaces
  • Experience with stakeholder management, implementations and change of HR Data and processing systems on a global scale
  • An IT or HR background
  • A proven history of building, improving and ensuring data integrity
