Job Description

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Create templates in platforms such as Quark 6.5, Indesign, and 3B2 and fix styles based on the design
Write CPL rules and autopage. Maintain xml confirmitiy throughout the paging process
Proficient in compositing the page proofs that meets the client s requirements

REQUIREMENTS : Any Undergraduates/Postgraduates with good knowledge in publishing platforms. Degree in Printing Technology will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in higher education & STM workflows, including Quark 6.5, InDesign, and 3B2.
Knowledge of XML-based meta data workflow and auto pagination programs
Ideal candidates will have worked with U.S. and European higher education publishers & STM
Team collaboration skills with ability to work independently

REQUIRED DISCIPLINES :

Good level of written and spoken English.
